Internationalisation has become increasingly important and has a particularly significant impact on economic and professional activity. It is in this context — and recognising the need to address the demands of a global society — that Centro de Estudios Garrigues has established partnerships with some of the world’s most prestigious institutions.

Centro de Estudios Garrigues provides students with specialised guidance on the various opportunities available and arranges both enrolment in the programmes and accommodation at the chosen destination. Fordham University

Fordham University’s origins date back to 1841, when Bishop John Hughes founded St. John’s College, but it was in 1907 that it became a university under the direction of the Society of Jesus. Deeply rooted in the city of New York, it has become one of the most prestigious universities in the United States. It currently comprises three campuses — Lincoln Center, Rose Hill, and Westchester — where practically every discipline is taught.

As a result of the partnership between Centro de Estudios Garrigues and the Fordham Law Corporate Center, our students have the opportunity to participate in the ‘Recent Developments in U.S. Law’ programme — as well as in the Fordham Law Summer Institute programmes, which take place every July. These programmes provide an in-depth look at the American legal system and enable students to become acquainted with the specifics of legal language through Fordham’s Legal English workshops.

The British Council is the UK’s public body for the advancement of British culture and education worldwide. It has been providing high-quality English language courses tailored to the needs of its students for over seventy years, taught by highly qualified native faculty.

Centro de Estudios Garrigues has partnered with the British Council to offer specialised English classes to our master’s degree students, at our facilities, throughout their studies.

Students who take part in this programme benefit from all the services provided by the British Council and, at the end of the course, can receive a diploma certifying their level of proficiency.
