Fernando Guijarro

Fernando Guijarro del Cura holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Master in Human Resources from ICADE, as well as certificates in assessment and development centres.

An expert in HR management and consulting, Fernando has a career spanning more than twenty-five years. Before joining Morgan Philips (formerly Hudson) in 2000, he worked as director of human resources at Randstad — serving at the time as vice-president of the Spanish Association of Temporary Employment Agencies (AETT) — Deloitte, and El Corte Inglés.

He has contributed to several publications and studies in specialised media on new ways of working and organisational models, talent management and identification, and employment market trends.

He boasts extensive experience in consulting; design and implementation of human resources strategies, policies, and processes; training; succession plans; and executive development. Over the course of his career, he has carried out more than 200 executive search processes and has participated in transformation projects for various national and international companies.

He is a specialist in the services, finance, and pharmaceutical sectors.

He is currently the director of the Master in Human Resources Management and of the Executive Programme in Compensation & Benefits at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. He has been a lecturer at various graduate schools.
